Every pastor or leader has blind spots or gets stuck at some point in their ministry and needs a safe place to get help, perspective, and guidance. It might be time for some mentoring or coaching to help you and your leadership advance to the next level. As a mentor or coach, my role with you will be to listen, help you reflect, offer objective feedback, and guidance as I support you as a friend in a confidential manner. There will be times when I’ll be painfully honest with you, push or stretch you, but always while supporting and believing in you as I help guide you.
